When does adnomaly send alerts?
adnomaly monitors your campaign setups and any changes made to your live campaigns. Learn what triggers the software to run checks and when you can expect an alert after a setup or change.
adnomaly's Alert Mechanism
adnomaly continuously monitors your campaigns to catch potential issues early. Every time a change is made — whether it's a new campaign, an edit, or an optimization — the system automatically checks the updated settings for anomalies based on historical data patterns.
Since communication with advertising platforms happens through APIs, the speed of these checks may vary slightly depending on the platform’s response time. However, alerts are typically processed and sent within 30 minutes.
- Trigger for adnomaly
adnomaly checks settings every time a change occurs. This includes campaign creation, edits, or optimizations in the platform. As soon as the setup or change is completed, adnomaly compares the campaign settings to historical data patterns to detect any unusual activity.
In this context, “setup or change completed” means the campaign is set to active. If a campaign is active but has a future start date, it will still be checked immediately. If you don’t receive an alert within 30 minutes, it means all settings are considered usual.
⚠️ In some platforms, technical events may also be considered a change, triggering a check. If you notice something unexpected, please reach out to us for assistance.
- Alerts are sent within 30 minutes after a change
Once a change is made, adnomaly will send an alert within 30 minutes. The timing depends on the platform’s API speed, but you can expect the notification within this window. We are continuously working on improving this process for even faster alert.
⚠️ If you don’t receive an alert within 30 minutes, it means all settings are considered usual.
