In this article, we will show you how to find connected ad accounts in the Operations Center, add missing ones, and ensure all relevant accounts are linked for full visibility and alert coverage.

Understanding and Managing Connected Ad Accounts

All the accounts visible in the Operations Center are currently or were previously connected to adnomaly. We highly recommend connecting all of your accounts with adnomaly to ensure maximum security and oversight.

  1. Where to find connected accounts

Navigating to Ad Accounts in the sidebar will take you to an overview of all platforms where you have connected ad accounts.

  1. Associate missing ad accounts / advertisers to your account

If you can't find the ad account or advertiser you’re looking for, click the “+” in the top right corner. This will redirect you to the assignment page, where you can see all ad accounts connected with adnomaly from your department. By selecting an account, you subscribe to alerts for that specific ad account.

  1. I cannot find some of the accounts in the overview

If that’s the case, the account is not yet connected with adnomaly.

Depending on the platform, you may need to share assets, ad accounts, or advertisers with the adnomaly app or user to establish the connection. After that, please reach out to your adnomaly representative, as we manually push the accounts to the Operations Center.
